Auto Vaughn - Space

Well, I guess Dodge beat me to the punch on this one. But one of the bands Im excited to see at the Midwest Music Summit this year is Auto Vaughn. The brand of indie rock you will hear from these guys is pretty straightforward but damned catchy. Lots of clean hooks and guitars to stick in your head from these Indiana boys.

I think the 80s influences are obvious, in the sound and even down to some of the costumes Ive heard they wear on stage. (like Karate Kid as pictured above). Here is a track off of their current release, “Space”.
