After a whirlwind week that saw several great bands play here in Cincinnati, this weeks keeps things going strong with a great show tonight at the Southgate House, especially for a Monday. This evening in Newport, you can catch a pair of great touring bands in The Low Anthem and Langhorne Slim. The latter of the two is probably a bit more known at this point, as Langhorne Slim has released six albums in his career, and is fresh off of an appearance at this years Newport Folk Festival.

But we are pretty damn excited for The Low Anthem too, who just released an excellent second album and are fresh off a pretty nice festival appearance themselves, as they just played Lollapalooza in Chicago this past weekend. The show is tonight and I’m pretty sure you have nothing else going on so get yourself out and see some great live music!
