Tonight in our fair city, or rather, just a bit south in Newport, KY, a great show is taking place. The indie label Theory 8 Records is in town doing a showcase at the Southgate House and are bringing some bands along that have been a big draw here in town. Not only are Cincy and WOXY favorites Forget Cassettes playing along with another great draw De Novo Dahl, but T8 is bringing along The Carter Administration and a new signing in Save Macaulay.

I saw Forget Cassettes several years ago (at Sudsy Malone’s of all places), and they were great. Wish I could make it, but the Lounge Session sounds like a great consolation prize! Thanks.
