CincyPunk Fest celebrates its 11th year at the new Southgate House Revival this weekend. The festival marks the new venue’s grand opening after their original grand opening was pushed back due to “construction challenges,” according to Morrella Raleigh in an official announcement.
CincyPunk Fest emerged as a major local music showcase and philanthropy effort; the event has raised nearly $50,000 for a number of local charities over the years. The festival, started in 2003 by music fan Adam Rosing, will boast 36 bands this weekend across all three stages at the Southgate House Revival.
CincyPunk Fest is 18+. One day passes run $10, while two-day passes are $15. Proceeds from this year’s festival benefit Recycled Doggies and Save Our Shelters Dogs, two local non-profit dog rescue foundations.
