In the past few weeks, we have been fortunate enough to curate some amazing sessions captured at the historic Emery Theatre for you. Those two videos were, in my opinion, special and amazing. In case you missed out, here is the one with Over The Rhine, and here is the session featuring Daniel Martin Moore and Joan Shelley.
I loved those videos, but I have to be honest with you, I love this one even more. As a fan of Jeremy Pinnell and the 55′s already, I’m sort of an easy sell, but this song, the way the video is shot and the entire experience just makes my chest cave in….in a good way. Enjoy JP and the 55′s performing “Back Home”, yet another special Emery Session.
As always, the video was shot by Michael Wilson, the audio was recorded and mixed by Cameron Cochran and titles & digital taken care of by Matthew Davis.

Joe started ENS in 2003 after most people he wanted to talk to about music were worn thin by his ramblings. The outlet this site provided helped out, and somehow is still going 9 years later. After a four year stint as a WOXY DJ, Joe returned to Cincinnati and continues to pioneer ENS. In addition to the overall look and feel of the site, Joe provides regular reviews, and kinda makes sure this whole thing stays afloat.
