Warning, non-guitar based indie rock post to follow!
I know I stay mostly withing the guitar based indie rock boundaries but I actually really like lots of other stuff as well. You dont believe it? Fine, dont, but do listen to this tune from an electronic outfit called Feathers. These three guys, that are based in Miami, make some really great music that serves as the backdrop for, well, almost anything. And if you dont like electronic music, this could still be your bag since its got lots of drums and guitars as well. Have a listen to this tune from the album Synchromy, to be released from a great little label called Home Tapes. (which is also home to Paul Duncan and Slaraffenland)
