I would encourage everyone who can to get out and attend a great show for a great cause this weekend here in the
Cincinnati area. An amazing singer songwriter, Katie Reider, is currently suffering from a tumor in her skull, which is not a brain tumor, but technically is a Myfybroblastic Inflammation Pseudo Tumor, which is a tumor that inflames the bone, turning it into mush. Or as Katie puts it, “a tumor in my skull taking over the left side of my face… sinus, upper jaw, base of skull and behind my eye.”
Some excellent Cincinnati musicians will be there playing and all proceeds go to Katie’s medical bills. Details below…….

I’ve seen Katie Reider (eitehr solo or with her band) quite a few times over the years, most recently in May at the Taste of Cincinnati, and always enjoy her shows. Iv’e often wondered why she has not gotten more commerical success, she surely deserves is.
What a shame Katie is facing this adversity. Here’s hoping she’ll get better soon!
