So, as Ive mentioned here in the past month or so, Im having a blast spinning music on WOXY.com in the evenings now. Im on from 5-10pm eastern, except for this holiday week, where im only on from 3-6. Anyway, since WOXY is now a part of the LaLa media group, ive become quite addicted to their trading services. I thought Id give it a quick rundown here as I attempt to get back into posting habits after a holiday break. Here are the things about lala im really having fun with.

~ Trading – Lots of you already know the drill with lala, but if you dont, you basically can add your cd collection to their database and trade with other members. They pick up the shipping and its only a buck a trade. Ive been billed about 5$ a month in the first few months so far. Ive received some really great discs also, including Traveling Wilburys Vol. 1.

~ New Discs – I dont buy too many new CDs these days, but I did do a little holiday shopping on lala this year due to the prices of some of their discs. For example, right now you can get the disc from The Blow – Paper Television, for $9.79. Pretty good price.

~ Lala Radio – Now, this isnt nearly as fun as doing my shift at WOXY, but lala has now enabled users to be able to create their own radio playlists. Im having fun giving it a try, you can listen to the playlist ive started on here. You dont have to be a member to listen, but if youd like to join, do it with this link……
