I know how I felt when I saw the initial lineup for this fall’s MidPoint Music Festival earlier this year. I thought, alright, that’s decent I guess, but is that all? If that had been it, I’m sure it would have been another solid year but not what I was hoping for when I imagined what it could be.

In the time since then however, the folks at MidPoint have flexed their lineup muscles and really hit us with some great great bands to add to the bill. So we started with groups like A Place To Bury Strangers, Caribou, and Best Coast. In recent weeks, MPMF has announced great bands like Surfer Blood, Clare & The Reasons, Van Dyke Parks, Cults, Color Revolt and Ted Leo & The Pharmacists have all joined the party. Just in case you needed a reason to grab an early bird pass to MidPoint, you now have several more reasons.
