MusicNOW 2008 Continues Tonight, Don’t Miss Out

I had some thoughts prepared regarding the MusicNOW opening last night at Memorial Hall in Cincinnati, however, I want to instead direct you to the thoughts of Ric Hickey of City Beat, who took way more time to flesh out his own thoughts and opinions. I think this was the first MusicNOW experience for Ric, and the passion behind his words really show that, so go here to check out his thoughts, along with some pictures from Keith Klenowski. And to briefly echo Ric’s thoughts, yes, last night was amazing, and was only the start of what will be a great weekend of music. Spot on what Cincinnati needs more of.

And don’t miss an opportunity to have your own first (or 2nd or 3rd) MusicNOW experience tonight, as legendary guitarist Bill Frisell headlines a night of American Guitar. Bill is currently on the cover of City Beat as well.

Thanks so much for the plug, Joe! I’m pretty excited about tonight and tomorrow too. Benjamin Verdery so completely FRIED my brains last night that my ability to perform the most basic social functions may be compromised! See ya soon - Thanx again - rh
