You may recall that some time ago we posted about the beautiful debut album from My Brightest Diamond, aka Shara Worden here at Each Note Secure. Since that time the album has earned lots of worthy praise for its lush melodies and honest lyrics. So, with both capitalization and collaboration in mind, Shara is releasing the album again, but in a very different way.

Tear It Down includes all of the same songs on her original album, “Bring Me The Workhorse” but remixed by 13 different mixers. The mixers are from across the globe and include the likes of Alias, Lusine, Murcof, Stakka and Gold Chains. The album is due out March 6th from Asthmatic Kitty Records. Its highly recommended for those who really enjoyed her debut, and also recommended for those that may have found it a little sleepy, becuase these remixes easily serve as a prudent wake up call.

Shara will also be playing here in Cincinnati in April as a part of the Music Now Festival. Cant wait for that one….
