Festival line up announcement season is upon us, apparently.  On the heels of line up announcements from Bonnaroo and Pitchfork comes Rites of Spring 2010.
The music festival presented by Vanderbilt University includes Phoenix, Passion Pit and Cold War Kids. See the full lineup and ticket info after the jump.

Rites of Spring takes place April 23 & 24 in Nashville, Tennessee.

Tickets will go on sale Monday, February 22nd, 2010 at 10 am CST at all Ticketmaster locations or by calling 615-255-9600.
