One of the bands im most looking forward to seeing at Desdemona later this month is Rouge Wave. If you dont know them here is the “for dummies” version.

- Zach Rouge formed the band consisting of Pat Spurgeon (focus: drums), Gram LeBron (guitar) and newest member Evan Farrell (bass) in late 2002.
- 2005′s “Descended Like Vultures” was the first time the band laid down an entire studio album together however.
- The band began on Responsive Recordings for thier label and have recorded thier most recent two full lengths on the legendary Sub Pop Records.
