This post is overdue, but still is as relevant as anything you will see me post about here on Each Note Secure. With this
weeks news that the copyright royalty board was denying the appeal that webcasters were proposing, the situation is getting dire. This raises the severity of the situation even more for all internet webcasters. You can also follow the news on the Save Net Radio Blog.
So don’t waste any more time, get over to Save Net Radio and get to work.

I really want to understand this issue. Who is the Copyright Royalty Board and how do they determine the price of any song? Is this limited to ASCAP or BMI registered songs?
Anyone know?
