It’s been a three years since we first started touting the sweet sounds of Seabird and alot has happened for the band since then. The guys released an excellent debut record and took the country by storm with it touring and making new friends.
One of those new friends was Matt Hales, better known as Aqualung who took the guys under his wing to produce 4 new tracks for thier upcoming sophomore record. The new disc is called Rocks Into Rivers and it’s slated to hit stores in December. The first single will be ready before then though, hitting Itunes November.
But I’d you really can’t wait, how about a preview right now? Well we have it for you below, enjoy the new tune “Don’t Know You’re Beautiful” and tell us what you think in the comments.
These guys are amazing!
It sounds fantastic! Thanks for getting the stream up, I couldn’t find the song anywhere online.
Best yet! Love it! Such an incredible sound – love the lyrics!
Seabird is an incredible band- thanks for putting this up and sharing their music with the world. Eagerly looking forward to Dec. 15!
I love it . I’m looking forward to hearing more . Keep up the awesome work guys . Bring the tour to Kentucky , PLEASE !
Simply amazing, I really can’t wait to download this song, and definitely can’t wait for the entire album to come out.
I LOVE this song. Can’t wait for the album.
Awesome band! So great that they’re local! Absolutely love this stuff!
These guys are incredible! Saw them up at Cornerstone, and they have been one of my favorites since. Excellent live performers, as well! A + stuff guys! Such great harmonies throughout the song. I dig it.
I love Seabird!! You can tell they’ve been touring in Europe. Similar adjustments were made to the music of PFR and Jars of Clay when they made it big over there as well. I love this song and can’t wait to hear more!! It’s refreshing to hear a band create a unique sound with real lyrics (that don’t repeat over and over and over). There is hope for music that honors the Lord once again!!!
Just looking at the cover of the album made me think Awualung for some reason…
oops…. Aqualung….
Great sound…as always!!! lol The song is amazing. If you like their CD their even better live! Go support seabird…now!!! lol
sounds wonderful! I like the beginning it’s cool how it ties into the vocal melody of the prechorus or whatever it is i’m trying to say. sweet!
