I did a Christmas themed post last week, and since we are only days away now, Ill do yet another to celebrate all the holiday tunes that have made their way into my inbox this season. So, here is the first bit of news, I got an email from a friend, who also happens to own a coffee shop that I hit whenever I can in town here about a band he was a part of.

But its not just any band, its him and a couple of kids, Midge and Vivian, who are also sisters, in a band called Shisho. Whats really interesting is that these guys did a song last year, titled, “Get Behind Me Santa.” Now we are all familiar with the current Sufjan Stevens cut of the same name. Well it appears these kids beat him to it. Pitchfork noticed as well. And this year, Shisho and decided to play nice anyhow, and the kids recorded a cover version of Sufjans track. So, in addition to the hilarious pic above, here are a couple tunes from the Shisho.
