So I have been trying out the Soundcloud dropbox on the right hand side of our site here lately, and have been receiving some really interesting tunes as a result. I have received alot of submissions, and honestly have not listened to them all yet, but of the ones I have I thought I would highlight here.

Autumn Sky is a female singer from Northern California I was really pleased to be introduced to via Sound Cloud, you can listen to and download her song Rockets below. This might be my favorite submission so far.

Next up is a tune from a band called The Sleep. This group is prepping to release their debut album Never In A Million Years and actually is from right here in Cincinnati! This song has a dark electronic feel to it, akin to 90′s trip hop. I’m really digging it!

And finally, one of our first submissions is also one of the best. It comes from a duo called Apple Juice Orchestra out of North Carolina and has the soothing sounds of indie electronica mixed with some underlying elements of jazz. At least to my ears.
