Southeast Engine - A Wheel Within A Wheel

New music coming out of Athens, Ohio for you today from a group called Southeast Engine. The band just released their second full length album this month, and their first for Misra Records. The new album, A Wheel Within A Wheel is a really solid overall record that continues to grow on me with more listens.

To me, their sound is a great mix of midwestern influences ranging from Springsteen to Guided By Voices. The band was reportedly introduced to the fine folks at Misra after opening for and befriending The Wrens after a gig in their hometown of Athens. Never to shy away from a good Ohio based band, we encourage you to check these guys out with the song below, which can also be found on the new album.
