I was introduced to The A-Sides back in June when they made a trip into the WOXY.com lounge on their way through Cincinnati. The band out of Philadelphia was at the time preparing for the release of their 2nd album, Silver Storms and after a push back or two, the album is finally available now from Vagrant Records.

Here is a group of guys I am really rooting for. The album is really mature sounding for a young band, with reflective lyrics and atmospheric sounds throughout. They kinda remind me of Band of Horses minus the reverb and with little to no twang. Check out these two songs from the A-Sides and also their Lounge Act performance from WOXY.com.
