The Big Sleep - Sleep Forever

It is official, 2008 is really heating up now. I just got ahold of the first new song from Brooklyn trio The Big Sleep and am really looking forward to the new album. The sophomore release from The Big Sleep is due February 19th from Frenchkiss records and judging by this song alone, it sounds like another rocker.

The band were on again off again with their first record when it came to songs that were straight instrumental and songs with some vocals, and I think that (no slight on the vox) that I preferred there tunes that were instrumental on Son of the Tiger. This new song however, has vocals and I am really enjoying it after a couple spins.

So, get a load of the first new song from The Big Sleep off their second album. The tune is called “Bad Blood” and you can download it below. Let me know what you think!
