According to an update to Patrick Keeler’s Facebook page, famed Cincinnati garage rockers The Greenhornes will be reuniting for a short run of shows starting later this month. Two thirds of The Greenhornes are usually tied up with one Jack White project or another but appear to be available for this run of dates. The band has not had a release since 2005, so this is a pretty exciting announcement for fans of the band and great garage rock in general.
The short run of shows are listed below, beginning with a date at The Comet on August 20th. That should be a jam packed party.
