Yes, you read that headline correctly, free vinyl! I know the collector in me gets excited when a band I love does limited vinyl releases, and even more excited when they give some of them away for free and that is exactly what we have right here. Cincinnati rockers The Lions Rampant are releasing a three song 45 on red wax and the first 100 are totally gratis. That’s right, for their upcoming release show at Mainstay in Northside, the first 100 people to show get a copy of the 45.

The release was recorded by our friend Brian Niesz in Ultrasuade studios here in Cincinnati and features several Cincinnati musicians as well. The release show is April 29th at Mainstay (it’s also the bars second anniversary.)
