Sometimes, a new band comes along and just completely hooks me. Its been that way with the debut disc from The Postmarks. Lead singer Tim Yehezkely has a seriously beautiful voice and the arrangements and solid instrumentation behind her is excellent as well. Two of my favorite tunes from the record were Goodbye, and You Drift Away, so naturally, I was pleased when the band released a remixes EP not long after featuring those two tunes. Sure, this disc has been out for months now, but It may not have been on your radar.

Mar 20, 2007Thanks so much for the 2 versions of “You Drift Away”…but I’ve noticed a discernible ‘static click’ sound (the best way I can describe it) at the beginning of the album version and at the very end of the Saturday Club Remix (after the song ends).
I don’t suppose there’s any way to edit those clicks out, is there? I’m technically challenged (understatement), so I wouldn’t know the first thing (or anything) about how to accomplish that…Thanks again:)
