Many of you finally received the ticket information for this week’s show at The Emery with The National. As with most amazing, late breaking events like this, there is a bit of a catch. See below.

Here are details for our two free Gotta Vote concerts in Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio on October 3 & 4. We’re partnering with Obama for America’s Ohio field offices for a series of events to remind everyone how important it is to vote in the November 6th election. If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time in most states. You can find state by state registration and voter information here: http://vote.barackobama.com/en/?choose-state=true.

Joe started ENS in 2003 after most people he wanted to talk to about music were worn thin by his ramblings. The outlet this site provided helped out, and somehow is still going 9 years later. After a four year stint as a WOXY DJ, Joe returned to Cincinnati and continues to pioneer ENS. In addition to the overall look and feel of the site, Joe provides regular reviews, and kinda makes sure this whole thing stays afloat.

#1 Salina Underground :

We’re uncomfortable with the idea of anyone trying to bribe people for votes / political activism. For any party or ideology. This just feels slimy.

What’s next? Kenny Chesney’s All-Star Romney Rodeo Round-Up at PNC Pavillion? Ugh.

Picked up mine today. There wasn’t much to it, to be honest, I was rather surprised.

Should be a great show tomorrow evening! I stopped by the (not quite completely) renovated Emery Theatre during MPMF, and this is a great, great venue. So glad someone stepped up and saved it!
