Within the indie circles out in Omaha, Nebraska, there are not too many bands or artists outside of Saddle Creek headquarters that have been as good as Tilly & The Wall. Formed back in 2001 from the ashes of several Omaha groups, including Conor Oberst’s own former band, Park Ave, Tilly & The Wall have been releasing great indie pop tunes ever since.

The band have been a part of the Oberst guided record label, Team Love, as well since the start, releasing a string of singles, and albums since 2003. The upcoming release for the band will be their third full length, and it comes on the heels of a SXSW performance that many are still talking about. The new album is simply titled O, well technically, it has no title, but is being dubbed O because its oval shaped cover is a frame for the artwork. O is also going to have a limited run of handmade art prints for its cover, which is a nice touch for fans and collectors alike.
