Back in April, Yeasayer teamed up with Diplo’s label Mad Decent and Aviary to host a remix contest for their single “O.N.E.”    The contest is simple enough – download the single, remix it to all hell and post it on the website.   The winner is decided by the public via online voting, which is open until this Friday, May 14th.

Cincinnati’s own DJ positronic, aka Eric Leckrone, is one of many vying for glory and fabulous prizes with his own remix of the single.  The local DJ – whose past collaborations have included Baby Alpaca, Molly Sullivan (of No No Knots) and Koala Fires – recruited Sullivan to add vocals to the bass heavy, Talking Heads-esque remix.
