This juicy little rumor appears to be more fact than fiction. Cincinnati hosts Tallstacks every two years. The last fest had the likes of The Jayhawks, Lucinda Williams, Steve Earle and Nickle Creek on the lineup. Looks like Jeff and the boys are slated to come to Cincy in October.
