Wilco – Country Disappeared on La Blogotheque

Filed in Music News and Videos 1 comments

This brief diversion from our MusicNOW festival coverage is a worthy one, and even features a MusicNOW alum in Glenn Kotche. Thats because we have a video to share from the great folks at La Blogotheque, the latest installment in their “Take Away Show” series. Thanks to Stereogum for the heads up on Wilco doing “Country Disappeared” while out on tour in Montreal recently.

It’s a great view and sees the guys doing a pretty standard version of the tune, albeit with more facial hair than I am used to (even Glenn is bearded!) This Take Away Show was filmed by Derrick Belcham. Check it out below.

About

Joe started ENS in 2003 after most people he wanted to talk to about music were worn thin by his ramblings. The outlet this site provided helped out, and somehow is still going 9 years later. After a four year stint as a WOXY DJ, Joe returned to Cincinnati and continues to pioneer ENS. In addition to the overall look and feel of the site, Joe provides regular reviews, and kinda makes sure this whole thing stays afloat.
